Our tap cart can serve anything traditionally poured cold, including beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, boozy coffee, mimosas, and more. If you’d like to offer red wine, we can also provide traditional hand-poured service.

Yes! We love creating elevated non-alcoholic options for guests who prefer not to drink alcohol. From handcrafted mocktails and infused lemonades to specialty coffee beverages and sparkling refreshers, we can customize options for every guest to enjoy.

Yes! We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your event details, aesthetic, guest experience, and beverage preferences. Prior to the meeting, we’ll send a short questionnaire so we can provide thoughtful recommendations tailored to your celebration. Our goal is to make the planning process seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

We are in the process of obtaining our North Carolina ABC permit, which will allow us to purchase and transport alcoholic beverages for the events we serve. During the planning process, we’ll walk you through exactly what is included and handle the details to make hosting stress-free.

We can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations. During your consultation, we’ll discuss guest count, service style, and event flow to ensure we recommend the right setup and staffing for your event.

We primarily serve the greater Raleigh area, but we’re happy to discuss events outside our standard service area. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Yes, we have both Liquor Liability insurance and Commercial General Liability insurance. We can also provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.

Our tap cart can be set up both indoors and outdoors on a level, solid surface. The cart measures approximately 12 feet long, 4.5 feet wide, and 6.5 feet tall. If access allows for the tow vehicle to maneuver into the space, we can typically accommodate the setup.

No — our service includes much more than the tap cart itself. We also offer a custom bar setup along with optional add-ons to elevate your guest experience. Available enhancements, at an additional fee, include greenery walls with floral selections, lounge-style conversation seating, high-top tables, and additional décor options designed to complement your event aesthetic.

Gratuities can either be included in your package pricing or collected via a tip jar during the event — whichever you prefer. We’ll discuss your preference prior to finalizing your contract.

When choosing a name for our business, we wanted something unique with a connection to wine and spirits. A ‘beeswing’ is the delicate, shimmering sediment sometimes found in aged wines — especially vintage Port wines — resembling the wings of a bee. The name felt timeless, elegant, and fitting for the elevated experience we aim to provide.

To reserve your event date, we offer a one-week courtesy hold after your inquiry. Your date becomes officially booked once the service contract is signed and the initial 10% deposit has been received.
